Using RL Pro Tracker means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.

1. What this is

An independent fan project at 198x.online showing how much RLCS players queue ranked outside of tournaments. It is free, makes no money, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Psyonix, Epic Games, RLCS, Liquipedia, Valve, or any team or player shown. Rocket League is a trademark of Psyonix LLC.

2. Changes

These terms can change; the version on this page is the current one. The site itself can change, break, or disappear at any time without notice. Nothing here is guaranteed to keep working.

3. Privacy

Covered separately in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

4. Age

You need to be at least 13 to use the site.

5. Accuracy

Everything is scraped automatically from public sources that can go down, change, or simply be wrong. Figures may be stale, incomplete or missing.

Playtime for players who hide their Steam details is estimated by sampling, marked as such on the board, and always undercounts. Do not treat it as a record of what someone actually played. The how it works page sets out what each number can and cannot tell you.

Match times and scores on the bracket page are copied from Liquipedia, which anyone can edit and which schedules rounds only a few days ahead. A time can move or be wrong, and a round with no time published says so rather than guessing. Do not plan around this page alone; the official broadcast is the authority on when a match starts.

6. What you cannot do

Use anything here to harass, threaten or abuse a player or anyone else.
Send abusive, illegal, defamatory or knowingly false messages through the feedback form, or use it for spam.
Pretend to be someone else, including by putting their name in the username field.
Attack the site or its infrastructure, or try to get around a rate limit or block.
Hammer any endpoint hard enough to cause problems.

Access can be blocked and content removed at any time, without warning, to protect the site or the people on it.

7. Feedback you send

It gets published as a public GitHub issue. By sending it you confirm it is yours to send and allow it to be published, kept and acted on. Anything can be edited or deleted.

8. Ownership

The source code is on GitHub under the licence stated there. The underlying data belongs to the sources it came from and stays subject to their terms, including Liquipedia’s. Player names, team names and logos belong to their owners and are used here only to identify them.

Bracket and schedule data comes from Liquipedia and is used under CC BY-SA 3.0; the bracket page names the source and the licence wherever that data is shown. A team logo appears here only where it is public domain, published by the org in a press kit, or supplied with permission, and any owner can have theirs removed by asking.

9. Getting removed

If you are a listed player and want your row taken down, email contact@198x.online. No reason needed.

10. Other people’s services

The site links to and depends on GitHub, Steam, Twitch, Liquipedia and Rocket League tracking sites. Those are not ours, we are not responsible for them, and linking to them is not an endorsement.

11. No warranty, no liability

The site is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, and no promise that it works, stays up, or is accurate. We are not liable for any loss arising from using it or being unable to use it. Nothing here removes liability that cannot legally be removed, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Law

EU law applies, and nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
